The lectures focused on fermentation processes, with a particular emphasis on spontaneous fermentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During classes there were discussed following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic mechanisms of fermentation and its significance in various contexts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spontaneous fermentation \u2013 processes occurring without the controlled addition of microorganisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fermentation consortia \u2013 diversity of microorganisms involved in fermentation and their dynamic changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sources of fermentative microflora \u2013 origins of microorganisms participating in fermentation processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eubiosis and dysbiosis \u2013 the impact of microbial balance on fermentation processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methods for analyzing and modulating fermentation consortia and possibilities for controlling fermentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Summary and perspectives for further research in the field of spontaneous fermentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lectures provided valuable information for students on the topic about meaning and mechanisms of spontaneous fermentation, as well as about its practical use in science and industry.
