Application for short-term studies in academic year 2021-2022!

Candidates for short-term studies (wishing to study at the UKSW for up to one academic year within I, II & III cycle of studies at other HEI, for example Erasmus) are invited to start application process.

The next registration period on our application platform for incoming students is open between May 10th and June 13th, 2021.


Distance learning

UKSW teaching: Classes are conducted mainly remotely (e-learning). Due to the evolving situation regarding COVID-19, the Rector of UKSW decided (regulation of the Rector of UKSW No. 14/2021 of February 3, 2021)classes at UKSW in the second semester of 2020/2021 are conducted, in a hybrid form, in meaning: the classes are carried out in the online/remote manner mostly. New Erasmus Students have arrived at UKSW!

We are happy to announce that on 30th of September International Relations Office at UKSW has organized “Welcome Meeting” for Erasmus incoming students. We invited for that meeting all students, who started studies at UKSW in the first  semester of academic year 2019/2020. Faculty coordinators and Erasmus Student Network representatives were also present. UKSW hosts over 50 students from different countries. We wish you all a great semester!


Accommodation for Incoming Erasmus Students

The unit responsible for accommodation reserves places in Student Residences once a year. Therefore students who wish to study at our university during the second semester are also requested to apply for accommodation up to the 31st of May. Availability of the room at the Student Residence is not guaranteed for students submitting their application in December 2019 or January 2020. Read more...

Master programme in English at the Faculty of Christian Philosophy


Since 2016/2017 academic year Faculty of Christian Philisophy opened master studies in English language. We invite BA students from abroad.
