Nomination procedure

Nominations are send to UKSW by the student’s home University.

Each nomination should contain the following data:

  • student’s first and last name,
  • gender,
  • field of study,
  • department and faculty at the home University,
  • year of study,
  • study level at the home University,
  • Erasmus code of the home University,
  • duration of stay (e.g. 1st semester, 2nd semester or whole academic year),
  • e-mail address of the nominated student.

After receiving the nomination, the information on application would be sent directly to the students.

Nomination deadline:

Winter term: 30th April

Summer term: 15th December

Nominations have to sent by partner Universities to: erasmus.incoming@uksw.edu.pl
