From 15–19 June, Iwona Ceglińska, Head of the Dean’s Office at the Faculty ofMedicine, Collegium Medicum, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW), completed a training mobility at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, under the Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility for Training (STT) programme.
The purpose of the mobility was to participate in specialised training for higher education staff aimed at enhancing professional competencies and exchanging good administrative practices. The training addressed several key areas, including.
Improving administrative processes related to supporting international students coming to the Faculty of Medicine under the Erasmus+ programme.
Exploring the implementation of a new electronic system for surveys and assessments to be used in seminar groups.
Strengthening students and staff members sense of belonging to the academic community of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the Faculty of Medicine – Collegium Medicum, by promoting the University’s history, fostering a supportive academic environment, and encouraging engagement in socially beneficial activities.
Sharing experience and discussing examples of good practice during team meetings.
The mobility provided valuable insights into effective administrative solutions and innovative approaches to supporting internationalisation, which will contribute to the further development of administrative services and educational processes at UKSW.
