The International Relations Department of UKSW warmly invites all students qualified to participate in the Erasmus+ programme in the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year to an information meeting.
During the meeting, which will take place on 18 December 2025 at 11:00 on the Campus at Wóycickiego 1/3, Building 23, Room 201, students will have the opportunity to receive answers to all questions related to preparation, settlement procedures, and the required formalities associated with completing part of their studies abroad. The International Relations Department of UKSW will provide clear and comprehensive guidance. The meeting will cover the necessary documents, insurance requirements, the procedure for preparing the Learning Agreement, as well as the rules for recognising completed courses upon return.
