On 18 December 2025, an information meeting was held for students approved to participate in the Erasmus+ programme in the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The meeting was organised by the International Relations Department of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (UKSW).
The purpose of the meeting was to comprehensively prepare students for their Erasmus+ mobility by providing clear and coherent information on formal requirements, organisational rules, as well as the stages of departure and settlement of the mobility period abroad.
During the meeting, participants received detailed information on the preparation, implementation and settlement of the mobility. The discussion covered, among others, required documents, insurance matters, the process of preparing the Learning Agreement, and the rules for recognition of courses upon return from the mobility.
We would like to thank all students for their active participation and engagement. We hope that the meeting was helpful and helped to clarify any doubts related to participation in the Erasmus+ programme.
