Dear Students,
The International Relations Department of UKSW cordially invites all students accepted to participate in the Erasmus+ Programme during the winter semester of the 2026/2027 academic year to attend a mandatory information meeting concerning preparation for their mobility.
The meeting will take place on 12 June 2026 from 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. at the Wóycickiego Campus (1/3 Wóycickiego Street), Building 23, Room 201.
During the event, we will present essential information regarding the organization of the mobility period and the formal requirements that must be completed before departure, during the stay at the partner institution, and after returning to UKSW.
The meeting will cover, among others:
- the successive stages of Erasmus+ mobility implementation,
- required documents and submission deadlines,
- procedures for preparing and obtaining approval of the Learning Agreement,
- information on insurance, the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), and other travel-related documents,
- details concerning the Erasmus+ grant and travel support,
- opportunities to obtain additional financial support,
- the procedure for completing and settling the mobility period after returning from abroad.
We will also provide information on cooperation with Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinators and answer any questions related to preparing for your mobility abroad.
The purpose of the meeting is to support you throughout all stages of the mobility preparation process. Therefore, we encourage you to participate actively and prepare any questions you may have regarding your upcoming exchange.
