Application process for students intending to start their mobility at UKSW in winter semester 2024 starts in mid of May online and it is held via recrutation system: irk.uksw.edu.pl.
Access code to the proper recruitment will be delivered to nominated students on their e-mail boxes.
Documents required to be uploaded to the application system:
- Application form generated from the data provided by the student to the system. Application form has to be signed both by student and coordinator from partner University;
- Transcript of Records;
- Copy of passport or national ID,
- Language Level Certificate (official certificate or university confirmation stating the exact language level based on the exam);
- Declaration of mandatory insurance.
Remember:
- Before applying, make sure that you were nominated by your Home university to Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
- Applications without prior nominations will not be valid.
- Late applications may be subject to rejection.
