We are launching the supplementary recruitment for Erasmus+ student mobilities for the summer semester 2025/2026!
Students from all UKSW faculties can apply via an electronic application submitted in USOSweb under the tab: FOR STUDENTS – MOBILITY OFFERS.
The recruitment schedule is as follows:
15–24 October 2025 – Submitting applications in USOSweb
27 October 2025 – Language placement tests on the Moodle platform
28 October 2025 – Recruitment committee meetings
29 October 2025 – Publication of the list of selected students
Please remember – this call is only for students whose summer semester 2025/2026 is not their final semester of studies. According to Erasmus+ rules, it is not possible to go abroad during the last semester of your study programme!
We are also preparing an information meeting “How to Go on Erasmus+ Studies and Traineeships Abroad?”, where we will go through the entire mobility process, explain which documents are required, outline the necessary steps, and answer all your questions. Details about the meeting will be announced soon – stay tuned!
