On June 19, 2026, we organized an informational webinar for Erasmus+ students coming to UKSW for the 2026/2027 academic year. The meeting was prepared in response to the high interest
in an earlier webinar on application process support and numerous student questions about preparing academic documentation.
During the webinar, the rules for preparing the Learning Agreement document were presented, along with the process of selecting courses offered at UKSW, requirements for the minimum numer
of ECTS credits, and the most common mistakes made when filling out the document. Participants also received practical tips on matching courses to their home university study program.
A key part of the meeting was the Q&A session, where participants could get individual clarifications on course selection, rules for recognition of learning outcomes, and procedures in place
at UKSW.
The webinar attracted significant interest among international students and was an important part of the Welcome Centre’s efforts to support candidates in preparing to start their studies at UKSW and their smooth integration into the university’s academic community.
